  OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Item description was completely accurate and detailed. Shipping time was prompt despite the new US Custom tariff. Thorough, secure packaging. Communicated at least daily, helping greatly with the tariff delay on our end. I requested a bit of history on the vintage item. Seller's assistant personally performed extensive research using Japanese sources not available to me in the US. Fascinating history and detailed illustrations of traditional use. I learned a lot!

  I have been buying from this store for years without ever having a problem. The shipping is prompt as always, the communication with the seller is the best, the armored packaging leaves no room for damage to fragile items. The photos of the items never leave hidden spots with a defect, on the contrary they are highlighted by the seller. A better research on the price of some new products would help better. Personally, I appreciate a handwritten note with the seller's thanks.
