    Genuine Kohler part in sealed factory package as pictured in the ad. Correct part. Fixed the leak in the faucet it fits. Despite poor tracking from shipping company, it was shipped and delivered in a timely manner. Good communication by seller. A+++++

    Seller is very conscientious in the packaging and shipping of this MC cable. They added another piece of MC as a bonus, of approximately 25' to the package. A postcard was also added with a handwritten message. Item received as described with a reasonable price. Seller is a step above many A+++ Thank you!

    Great deals and great prices with free shipping. As described and definitely got a great deal for the price of the reel. The reel looked bad on the outside but the inside is good. It was packed good and shipping was good as USPS had hiccups making the trip slow.

    The seller did a fantastic job of shipping the packaging was excellent and tamper proof which is great because it seems like that the post office is so nosy anymore or maybe it's the police state, in this case it was well packaged and they really couldn't tamper with it and open it like I have had in other instances with USPS and unusual delays., I've given the seller a top rating I want you to understand that. 👍
