  Paid for item, waited 3 days, contacted seller who promised to ship but never did. A week passed with no update. Multiple messages sent but no response. They eventually created a label so it was updated to “shipped” but upon checking the tracking USPS never received the package. Seller then filed a false “missing parcel” claim even though it was never dropped off to USPS. No response to further messages. Had to get a refund through eBay thankfully. Dishonest and unreliable—avoid this seller.

  Waited 2 weeks before asking the seller about the shipping status— Seller never shipped my item and I asked when they were going to and they never responded. Ebay made them refund me so atleast I got my money back. Pretty disappointing since I really wanted this top but it’s fine.
