  Item received was missing the top chrome trim as pictured. Upon informing the seller, I thought I was going to be met with an aggressive or unfavorable response. BUT they found and shipped the missing chrome piece and were VERY professional about doing so. Thank you. Will shop with everharts auto again.

  After the 4th day I asked for a tracking number as the item was not moving in the mails. seller lost item? So he canceled my purchase. Which he did after notifying me that he could not find the item. He stated that the transaction was canceled at the buyers request? (me) no such thing! He did refund my funds in a timely manner. The add had a long history going back to 2020. What was that about?
