  The puzzle was wrapped in protective plastic, and then shipped in a bubble pak to insure it arrived in perfect condition, which it did! Excellent value and A+++ seller!

  Shipped quickly, had a small issue with 1 of the earbuds was not working , contacted the seller and within a couple of days a new pair was sent out . No issues with seller or replacement. Very nice and easy to work with. Seller was very understanding, and I appreciate very much them working with me on the issue ,would use this seller again

  The mics are excellent as expected. They were open box but in very good condition, all components complete in the box. I am grateful that I got them at a discounted price. Shipping was super fast and item arrived earlier than expected. I give the seller 5 stars due to accurate item description and fast shipping. I give only 2 stars for communication because seller's site does not accept messages even after many attempts so I took a chance and bought the item. Good thing this seller is reliable.

  I have to say that communication from placing my order to arrival was top notch. I was kept in the loop about the shipping the whole time. I also have to say that when the puzzle arrived I was curious what the condition of the box was going to be in but was happy to see that it looked good upon opening the multiple layers of poly bag and bubble bag/wrap that were used with reinforced corners. Care was taken to make sure it arrived in as good of condition as possible without a box. Thank you!

  Just received this puzzle today. It was packaged well, it came as described, all pieces still in the original, unopened bags, poster and paperwork all in the box. I can't wait to get started on this!
