  Great seller. Issue with battery compartment on having a loose piece that didn't hold battery in place, metal piece&battery would pop out often,not sellers fault,probably manufacturing defect,seller needs to know. Good communicator who remedied the situation quickly&appropriately,hence my 5 star rating.The purple color in photos is actually blue on device.Thank you.Buyers, please consider messaging sellers before leaving negative feedback.Hoping product can be improved. Thank you!
