    Better than described or pictured. Communication and tracking were great. I’ve never received anything that was packaged so well. Airline baggage handlers as well as postal workers couldn’t have broken it. The asking and shipping price was very reasonable. 5 stars to this seller.

    Shipping was fast and packaging was immaculate, however the doll had deep embedded stains EVERYWHERE, paint faded, and had a god awful odor to it. Wish I had known more about the condition the doll was in prior to purchasing. Description was vague at best and photos did not show the gross imperfections. Thinking about throwing it in the trash to be honest.
