  I bought a small insulated flask. I liked it so much I bought another. However, it didn't arrive and I emailed the seller. He acted quickly and found that the problem lay with Evri. His action in chasing it up resulted in delivery in a day or so. Then follow up emails to ensure that all was now well. I'm really impressed with the seller. Very efficient and caring. Well done!

  Although the item was dispatched by seller very quickly Evri delivery was delayed which was disapointing. However the seller was very helpfull . So thankyou . as it was not his responsibility. Would happily use this seller again.
