That may seem expected, but 2 major retailers, ("A" poorly packaged open box and "W" South American region and Spanish keyboard) failed to deliver that. Very pleased with the product, the price, and arrived at the earliest promised date in a properly packaged protective box. Very, very pleased and impressed with seller.

Then it took 2 days to get an answer even though I showed pictures, they want the item returned. In what way are pieces of glass? Very bad response.Very bad business. I would stay away from them
