    Genuine item at a great price - unfortunately the delivery company held on to it with no explanation for several days, I had to contact the seller twice to get it finally delivered. Not the sellers fault, but it did leave us without heating for several days longer than expected given the 'next day delivery' promise.

    The item is exactly as described. Which there is no fault. Its was sent out immediately. What let the whole thing down was carrage company DPD UK. Any excuse to deliver the item. 2 days late and couldn't get the times of delivery right either. Understand it wasn't the suppliers fault. Suppliers need them to pick a more reliable and conscience delivery company.
