The seller says they’re sending Royal Mail 48 but sends via a cheaper method meaning it takes a lot longer to arrive than they state on the listing. When you contact the seller asking why it still hasn’t arrived they are very rude and abrupt and just try to fob you off. Product is fine, service is appalling. Wouldn’t purchase from seller again.

Communication good from seller until I complained about sizing as not as advertised (I would advise going a size up from your usual) seller advised to buy another then after prolonged messaging/waiting eventually agreed to send another. Wouldn’t use this seller again.
