The delivery service clearly dropped the box at least once if not several times, got some sort of green goo on it, etc. Having never had a robot cleaner, I couldn’t know if it was still working correctly. And I worried that the delivery service banging it up would make it break soon. The seller gave me a partial refund, even though they had not caused the problem! Wow! And the robot cleans great!

I paid for a product I never got, and neither Eufy nor FedEx offered a solution. Very disappointing experience. I expected better from an official store. I do not recommend buying directly from them.

The setup instructions in the App are very hard to follow, would not let me tap on what I needed to do. Had to call customer service, of had to leave a message. Then they called back hours later. Did finally get it working.
