  After an initial issue with the first quantity of fabric sent, the seller responded immediately with an unreserved apology and subsequently sent a perfect replacement piece within a few days. As a result I cannot fault the service. Thank you.

  Was informed that order had been dispatched, had to contact for estimated delivery date. Was then told they had ran out of the colour, asked what colour they had and seller didn’t respond, just issued a refund. I didn’t want a refund I wanted the fabric - wasn’t bothered about colour. Now in doubt as to whether I give the seller another try and reorder?! Very disappointing as seller has good reviews.
