  The item is as described but the delivery was not when was stated first of all I was told that it was coming out to me on Saturday then nothing. Then got a message to say there was a delay for 24 hours. Then got message on Sunday to say it was arriving between 12 30 to 1 30pm it eventually arrived about 3 30 to find the outer box was all undone as if they had tried to take the contents.. I think you need to check the courier service that you use

  This seller is first class. Fantastic to deal with, and a pleasure to communicate with. My delivery didn't arrive and then the replacement didn't arrive. Nothing to do with the seller at all. I was refunded without hesitation. The seller lost four lots of product because of a bad delivery company but still was compassionate to making sure I was looked after. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, and I urge you to buy from these guys. Thank you to them for everything.

  Fast delivery, as described. However, I returned this as I ordered the wrong item. The seller was great and swiftly refunded me as soon as the return arrived, only charging me for the return postage. Would recommend this seller as reliable and trustworthy. Many thanks!

  Communication was clear from the beginning. The item was in perfect condition, and the seller even dropped it off before the expected delivery date. I had time to test the monitor before he left.
