  After expressing my disappointment with the quality of this product, the seller contacted me to ask me to expand on my reasons and they have subsequently issued me with a full refund. They were as disappointed with my original feedback as I was with the product quality but they have done taken the honourable action to refund me my money for which I thank them very much. John.

  Clear communication and fairly prompt despatch. The items were fine; the only thing I'd mention is that they're not quite as dark a brown as they appear in the photograph.
