  You do get every item that’s described communication is fast but unhelpful. Listed as new but they open them out of the original package and ship them in the thinnest bubble envelope they can find so they’re not really protected. I can’t leave positive feedback sorry.

  this one arived quick and have have purchased this item from this before and they always shipped in a box, this one came in a bubble wrap bag. upon testing it works but I had my doubts. If I ever buy this item from this seller again, I will request it to ship in a box. Now a days you can not ship via usps in a bubble wrap bag and expect a hard plastic tool to not get damaged.
