  Items was shipped quickly, but received the wrong type of batteries for model HP Elite workbook 8760w as label. Seller stated that they do not except returned. Try to contact them and they closed the request. Buyer beware when sellers refused returns and Ebay Money Back Warranty is stated. You are buying it "AS IT." If they send you the wrong parts, you are stuck with it. NO RETURN AND NO MONEY BACK. BEWARE!!!! Thanks,

  Hi, im sorry you are unhappy wity your order. On this particular listing, returns were not allowed unless the item was not as described. Returns were allowed if the item arrived damaged, broken, defective, or in a different condition than listed. Returns were also allowed if the incorrect item was sent that didn't match the listing. None of these were the case, it appears as though you made a mistake and ordered the wrong part. The listing clearly disclosed this info. Sorry for any inconvenience

  Packing and shipping were good. Nothing as described. The item didnt work. Ive asked for a refund. Im still waiting on a response form 5 days ago. I thought was a helpful seller, not a great value for something thats broken

  Item was exactly as described. Shipping was better than average over most ebay sellers. Packaging was simple but adequate for the item. Better price than amazon. Overall this seller seems trustworthy and a great asset to ebay. Thank you.
