  The item was exactly as described in the listing and was even more beautiful in person. Shipping was efficient with reasonable shipping cost and the seller gave me an OUTSTANDING price on the item. I had seen a similar item listed with other vendors, but at a higher price. The item was packaged extremely secure for shipping, anticipating possible rough handling and had a nice personal touch.   The item I ordered was no longer available, so the seller gave me a full refund! Fine ... many thanks! But the seller contacts me and says please pick out another card "ON ME" ... flabbergasted, I respond, "You gave me a full refund, all is good" ... "No, I insist, I don't like to disappoint my customers!!". I was/am amazed. I picked a card ... it arrived rapidly in perfect condition because it was well packaged and as described.   Fast shipping and great packaging. Thanks for sending in a protective plastic wrap because my horrible mail carrier left my box open and everything got wet but thankfully it was protected by the plastic covering! Exactly as described and great price! Great seller!
