    Overall, a 100% positive experience, the item was as described unfortunately ended up a DOA, which is not the seller’s fault I promptly returned, and the seller provided return credit. The item definitely would’ve been an exceptional value and otherwise looked clean and as described. The item was packaged well and arrived fast. Communication with the seller was also exceptional.

    Excellent seller with great service! I think it was at UPS within an hour of the sale! I've been on ebay for 20+ years and that's a world record.     Very fast shipping. The item could have been packaged better. It had some bubble wrap around it but the box had a large void, meaning it likely was thrown around inside the box during shipping. Mine arrived undamaged and for a 7 year old laptop, looks brand new. I am very pleased with the price, condition, and very fast shipping! Would recommend!
