    Great Packaging. Fast Shipping. As Described. Good Low Price. Will Buy Again. Communication was okay, took them 5 days to reply. Did not post, came with loose SSD bouncing off the SATA port along with two loose screws. Thankfully, it wouldn't boot, otherwise it would have shorted itself. All its components worked on another barebone unit. When buying used PC, required understanding of its limitation. I'm willing to see pass all these imperfection. Give them five stars for their efforts.

    The seller Matt was nice answrred all my questions. The laptop was packed very nicely. Arrived the next day because they are in the area, but they shipped the same day. The item was better than in the pictures

    The laptop is in better condition than was described. It was packed to perfection. The value was price at a very affordable price. The shipping took a little longer, but that was due to bad weather and that was totally understood. This was a great experience from a trusted, professional seller. I can definitely see myself buying from them again.

    The item was different from the one described but I had very good communication with the seller that resulted in refunding me $40 plus keeping the item because it was lower value than the one I expected. So I recommend the seller
