  Remote control was wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a vinyl envelope. Very pleased with the remote. It was shipped USPS and I received email notice it had been delivered on a Saturday. When it wasn’t there I contacted our carrier who was off on that day. As Monday was a holiday he advised Tuesday to check the mail again and it was there. Not sure what happened but glad it arrived

  This seller does not allow for Negative feed back, so here goes. I ordered this battery as a back up. If arrived dead and will not charge. My wife threw out the packaging so i did not have a return address. I'm just done with the whole thing, do not buy from this seller. Unless your looking for a dead battery then they are perfect. People like these are why i love using amazon, amazon takes care of everything. Oh wel;l buyer beware
