  Hundreds of items purchased on Ebay. 99% of the sellers have been really good. The DSO2D10 I originally purchased would not recognize USB thumb drives. Otherwise I was very happy with the product. Upon informing the seller that I needed to return it, but preferred a replacement rather than a refund, I expected some kickback. However the next morning estore-tools sent me an email stating that they had shipped a replacement without me having returned the faulty one. Estore-tools is my #1 seller.

  The picture in the listing was not the actual item I received. However, the item was exactly what was described, was in great condition, and actually came with a case which was not expected. It was new as described and works perfectly. Great transaction!

  I ordered this on July 4th. The estimated shipping arrival time was given as July 16th at the latest. It’s now July 18th & the Status is still on Paid—hasn’t even been shipped out yet! I sent a message to the Seller on July 15th yet they never answered. I requested a Refund thru eBay for never having received it & they granted it! I will buy this same item from a Seller who will Actually Ship it to me once I’ve paid for it!
