  Radios came with everything that was listed in the post, which I thought was a bargain from looking at these same radios elsewhere. Radios look and feel great even though listed as refurbished. Two of the batteries for the radios seem to have completely died when received package but was able to contact the seller and they were able to make it right by sending out some replacments. Have no problem recommending this seller and their products because of their great customer service.

  My radio arrived quickly, in the described condition (brand new from Retevis), and came with the programming cable in the box! Very happy. I would do business with this seller again. By the way, the seller (John) reached out after I placed my order, just to establish contact. I asked him a few questions, and he answered them swiftly. I definitely recommend this seller.

  They were good to me and helpful. I thought i had a radio problem with the HS4, they tried to help, it was user error by me lol. I only give 4 starts because the add said it shipped from the US, forget the state. But it shipped from Ontario Canada, UPS. I prefer USPS but it got here in 8 days. Had it shipped from the US I'd have given 5 stars. This is pre tariffs so not sure why Canada. Also customer service I'd definitely in China. Good communication given that fact.

  After placing my order, I received a message from someone within the company. I replied back, and again I received a second reply. Today I received my package and everything was there as pictured and described. Everything is in working condition. I am beyond happy, as these 2 way radios will take my estate business to the next level. As my business grows and these hopefully run strong, I will order more. The shipping was also fast, faster than I anticipated for it to be.

  Great GMRS radios; way better than my old Midlands. The programming menu on these makes sense, unlike my old Midlands. Seller shipped quickly with good packaging. Seller's communication was good. I'd buy from seller again without hesitation.
