  These were exactly as described and arrived well packaged in a timely manner. I am trying to repair an old cooktop that is over $2K to replace. I am still working with this seller as this didn't fix the issue, but they reached out to me to offer further assistance. I HIGHLY recommend this seller !!!!!

  start relay switch was in good condition, clean and packaged for protection. refrigerator back in working condition. the switch was shipped immediately. however, the repeated postal service delays caused the package to arrive 4-5 days late (shipping stars reference how quickly the pkg shipped, not arrival time. ERetail24 corresponded during the delivery delays and offered a refund even though it was nothing they could control. definitely will do business with them again when the need arises.

  Seller contacted me prior to shipping and informed me when he inspected items he found them damaged. He said he could not send damaged items and wanted to cancel order. I truly appreciate this honesty . He offered to try and find other parts.
