  start relay switch was in good condition, clean and packaged for protection. refrigerator back in working condition. the switch was shipped immediately. however, the repeated postal service delays caused the package to arrive 4-5 days late (shipping stars reference how quickly the pkg shipped, not arrival time. ERetail24 corresponded during the delivery delays and offered a refund even though it was nothing they could control. definitely will do business with them again when the need arises.

  Seller contacted me prior to shipping and informed me when he inspected items he found them damaged. He said he could not send damaged items and wanted to cancel order. I truly appreciate this honesty . He offered to try and find other parts.

  Awesome eBay store. Contacted the seller asked specific questions about the product in reference to my appliance. He verified it with me. Communication was seamless. After I ordered the item, I thought the shipping would be several days and when the owner realized I was only a few minutes away from his location, he delivered it, the same day! Amazing customer service I can’t convey in a text

  The product was shipped out when it was supposed to, but it never showed up, but the seller was in communication said that he did drop off the product when he was supposed to. He just got tied up with usps got lost. He was quick to give a refund no questions asked.

  The Honeywell Gas valve controller works great! The seller responded to all my questions and concerns . Item was shipped out quickly. The package was delivered secured. Item was bought used, cleaned, and in working condition. It was definitely worth the value after researching on the Rheem website which was on back order and paying for a new water heater.
