  Item was shipped fast and well packed and as described. Seller had no communication. I asked questions multiple times with no response but was only seller with this item so I took chance. Luckily my educated guess about my questions was right but really disappointed that a seller wouldn’t answer basic questions.

  Great experience with customer service that helped us with the concern on the first delivery of the item. It was used and wasn't working when received. Replaced without any issues. The replacement used unit was working perfectly. This is the 3rd time we purchased and have confidence in their services.
