  The seller's communication was good. Delivery time was okay. However, this item was described as 'new' in the listing but the packet was a bit worse for wear when it arrived and the packet had clearly been opened although the contents were untouched (see photos attached). You really have to be careful how you describe something when selling. When someone thinks they're buying something new, they expect it to look new.

  I purchased the Purified by Acnecide Moisturiser SPF30 50ml. Value and appearance was good. Seller customer service and communications was very good. Item was well parcelled for posting and arrived in good condition though there was no manufacturer's box with the item. Have not used the moisturiser yet so cannot comment on the product's quality and efficacy.
