    Great seller. Great value. Item as described. The computer was perfectly packaged, there was a minor mistake with the ac adapter and they refunded me partially. Great communication and attention to the client. Fast shipping as well.     Highly recommend buying from EPC-Texas. The laptop arrived in good condition and was shipped in bubble wrap. He was also great to work with. The first time I ordered, I had given him the wrong payment info and he had no problems canceling the order for me. The next time, I had given him the wrong address and it was returned to sender. After he received it he sent it back out to the correct address I provided.

    Fantastic customer service. Very good, detailed responses, and the shipping was faster and better packed than expected. The laptop arrived in a bubble sleeve, no way it could be bumped in transit. Would definitely shop from this seller again
