    Item was very well packed and shipped, and arrived in timely fashion. However upon receipt there was a small issue (broken port) which was not seen in the photos/mentioned in the listing, and--benefit of the doubt--the seller didn't notice. Seller made it right by coming to an amicable solution for both of us. Slight disappointment but would buy from again. Thanks!

Listing was great and there were LOTS of photos so I could clearly see both the cosmetic condition of this used keyboard (PERFECT) and all part numbers (EVERYTHING MATCHED) so I knew it would work in my Precision M4800. Great price, quick shipping, nice packaging...everything as expected. VERY trustworthy seller...A++ all the way. Buy with confidence!

    item worked as it should Seller should take responsibility for all aspects of his sales no need to blame shipping or delivery people., just own it …we are all doing the best we can with what we have and what we are dealing with - we all work hard .. overall nice seller would do business again.. he means well maybe I caught him at a bad time .. we all have moments great communication
