  I've received 50lb stereo equipment shipped with less care than this old power supply. A box inside of bubble wrap inside of a box, it was so securely shipped it felt like it was new. This one was about 20% more than others I was looking at, but the seller has a return policy and after seeing how much they cared about shipping, I feel extra secure with my purchase. It works great, by the way. Will be looking for this seller again the next time I need something like this.

  Item was very well packed and shipped, and arrived in timely fashion. However upon receipt there was a small issue (broken port) which was not seen in the photos/mentioned in the listing, and--benefit of the doubt--the seller didn't notice. Seller made it right by coming to an amicable solution for both of us. Slight disappointment but would buy from again. Thanks!

  Laptop arrived quickly and exactly as described. Seller took great care packing it for shipping which was greatly appreciated as the laptop is older. I bought this laptop for its firewire port and the fact that it came with windows 10 made it even more appealing. Great price and i’m very happy with my purchase.
