  The seller is very communicative and punctual. They explained to me at the beginning that it may be a little while before I got my item but my item arrived very quickly anyway.   Took a lot of communication back and forth with seller after being informed they did not have the specific flashlight I ordered in stock. After they initially wanted to issue me a full refund, they allowed me to substitute a different comparable flashlight from their current inventory. This was satisfactory with me and the substituted flashlights arrived promptly and in good condition. Thank you.
