  This seller has done nothing to try and put right their poor feedback unfortunately my experience was no exception no communication never received items postage was supposed to be free but Royal Mail tried to come to me for the postage as they didn’t pay enough for the sum of £5 l only paid £3.15 for the items so there was no way I was paying another £5 when it was supposed to be free so if you purchase anything from this seller beware not to receive anything and not receive any communications

  Quick delivery, arrived safe and sound, as described, very well packaged, very happy with pens, perfect seller, will use again, many thanks. (Only one draw back - they all write in blue ink, would have prefer one or two of them writing back ink !!).

  Any one ordering this system be careful this company tried to tell me when I put in for a return that the 14 day return ended before I even received the item which was totally against the law. After emails back and forward I had to ask ebay to step in. They informed me that when a seller on their site signs a contract to enables a customer a 30 day return. I have now got the return label after a stressful few weeks.. Know your rights be careful..

  The systems are very cheep but new and reasonable quality. BUT! BUYERS PLEASE BE AWARE, you have to pay an extra £35 per month (£420 Extra) for a 12 month contract for a Support Service you will possibly never need. This was NOT stated in the listed item I ordered. Trying to cancel the order was a nightmare, no response from the seller. eBay had to step in twice.. First time seller refused to cancel as it was being dispatched....NOT. Second time seller refunded full amount. Not Happy at all.

  Ordered 17SEP… 48hr delivery… still waiting and it’s 14oct. Total joke… do not buy from this seller if u want 48hr delivery. No communication from seller
