    The item arrived in good time and quality but it was not the color I thought was in the ad and the fit wasn t quite right. Even though the seller is a small independant, he was good about returning it and was even expeditious about sending the refund. Would consider doing business again with him.

    to be clear, the buyer wasnt happy with the color so he decided to ship it back, i gave a full refund and told him to keep the hat and he didnt have to ship it back but he shipped it back anyway. the hat was not misrepresented in any way.
