    Postage was very fast, was within 2 days. Fryer was in brand new condition as described. Very nice looking, packaged very well. Excellent value for money. Very pleased with the look of it. Looks very easy to clean. Have bought a second fryer for my parents. Would buy from this seller again in the future and would highly recommend.

    Tbh. Was completely effortless for me as a customer. Which is weird to say nowadays. The item was described exactly what it was. I paid. Got it shipped out to me in a couple of days and value for money is more than expected. Arrived on time to tracking updates and great packaging. Condition is amazing and the mechanism and quality is spot on. Yes I will be a returning customer in the future.

    Seller was let down by the courier company. Had item for 10 days before it was delivered. Contacted seller and they resolved the issue within a few days. Seller's service was excellent wish I could say the same about the courier company

    This seller help me with my purchase as it was faulty, they sent out a replacement with no questions asked and no issues. Also kept me informed and updated with replacement which arrived within 5days of contacting. We need more people like these on eBay. Thank you seller.
