    Seller was let down by the courier company. Had item for 10 days before it was delivered. Contacted seller and they resolved the issue within a few days. Seller's service was excellent wish I could say the same about the courier company

    This seller help me with my purchase as it was faulty, they sent out a replacement with no questions asked and no issues. Also kept me informed and updated with replacement which arrived within 5days of contacting. We need more people like these on eBay. Thank you seller.

    Good quality and value lawn levelling rake, Appears to be well made and does the job perfect.customer service is A1. I contacted them as I was missing a part, After explaining my situation, the matter was dealt with.I was expecting the part to arrive and to my amazement the seller sent me the whole levelling rake .Now that's what you call great customer service. Overall a good experience 5*
