  Item arrived with packaging damaged, no item inside. Seller didn't follow eBay policy and asked me to seek a refund thru royalmail ,then asked for my personal details over msgs, I don't have to provide my email or any personal details for a refund or replacement,fact!. Wouldn't refund ,accused me of theft for a £1.95 item,thankfully I was refunded with buyer protection. ebay and royal mail disagreed with everything they said.Good luck if you have a problem .worst experience ever in 20yrs of ebay

  liar blocked every attempt to report so called damage to royal mail clearly did not want them to investigate I have a chat transcript from ebay cust svc advising not to issue refund unless buyer provides details needed to open a royal mail claim Ebay believed buyer made false claim & buyer is under investigation. Pictures provided clearly show packaging deliberately cut NOT torn as claimed. Posted in tear proof mail bag!!!!!

  Received thanks. -but please don’t over do the sellotape as trying to peel it off can rip the packaging of the bait - I know you’re trying to keep the package flat for posting and thus keep the postage price down
