  And all the years I have used eBay, I haven’t encountered a seller with such impressive, business, ethics, and morals. Although he shipped the item, delays were incurred on his control. Seller offered a full refund and told me to keep the item. I insisted for seller to keep half the money at least. Nevertheless, I was notified seller provided a full refund. This is an extraordinary individual and I would definitely be a return customer. There are still good people. The seller is proof of that.

  The Tesla Model 3 passenger side view mirror was the exact match! It was the authentic GENTEX brand that Tesla use to install all their mirrors. The seller quadrupled wrapped the package. I have ordered a lot and never have received a package more carefully wrapped like this. By the way you saved me over $800 if I ordered it through Tesla!!! I definitely recommend this seller!!!

  Would not recommend this seller. Reciever hub was locked and the seller could not provide the original VIN to allow reprograming of the unit. Returned item, but took 7 days to get return label, and took 8 days to get refund. The only reason this is positive feedback is solely because of the belated refund.

  Item arrived in conditioned pictured other than a mishap during shipment that resulted in a piece breaking off. I found the broken piece in the packing paper and sent a picture to ENS-CUSTOMS. Received a reply fairly soon afterwards offering return shipment or $25 refund, which brought it down to the price it was when I first found it on ebay and submitted an offer that was rejected. Despite another refund hiccup, everything worked out satisfactorily in the end.
