    The kotatsu table arrived in perfect condition, and much quicker than I was expecting! Due to the timing of my purchase there was some struggle with regards to the new U.S. tariffs, but the seller was extremely helpful in communication and figuring out how to safely get the table to me. Once the issues with tariffs were resolved, the table arrived much more quickly than I was expecting. I am extremely happy with this purchase and I'm glad I chose this seller. Thank you!

    Product arrived in perfect condition! I love the idea of selling unwrapped product cheaper as a way to fight scalping. There was about a week's delay in shipping due to customs, but the seller was very easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable about the current international trade scene. Will definitely use this seller for future Pokemon purchases.

    Shipped to the shipping company’s warehouse prior to being sent to me, which scared me a bit, but the seller was open to communication even after the sale was made, offering to help however they could. Packaging was great, and value was great as well. Came as described too.

    Seller communicated well and got the package here quickly, the box was slightly bruised but nothing harmed inside. Might be because it was shipped in bubble wrap and not a box, but still, not a huge deal, just not in perfect new condition. Overall, it was great! Really excited to build this one.
