  Buying this BMW B48 engine was such an easy transaction, very competitive price, but did not arrive when expected. It came from europe actually, so if your tracking shows shipment from overseas, that's OK, it will come and when it does you'll be happy. They are very communicative and will answer any questions you have regarding tracking, so rest assured with your purchase that you will get good value and get the exact engine pictured.

  Very pleased with my experience with engine parts express. They sold for a fair price and took shipping very seriously. What they sold was described exactly as what was pictured. They went above and beyond. Would definitely purchase from them again and definitely recommend to friends and clients.

  It wasn’t the easiest transaction. There was several problems with shipping, which I understand is totally out of the control of the seller, I will tell you he made several attempts to make it right for that. I really appreciate. So thank you. The motor is exactly what I was looking for and was exactly as described.

  Item was shipped from Germany instead of the listed location in the USA. Item arrived with two damaged mounts and a bend shift linkage. Two damaged mounts were not shown in photos clearly. Seller tried to claim it was shipping damage, later I found the damage to be barely visible in the listing photos. Had to follow up with seller multiple times before they offered 150 dollars in compensation, which would not cover repairs of damage. Attempted to negotiate to no avail before seller ghosted me.

  the buyer received the transmission within 5 business days as we mentioned it in our listing, we offered the buyer to refund $100 and also a full refund including shipping costs but he refused. Trying to get more of a refund. The offer still stands we collect it back for a full refund.

  Part arrived in excellent condition very well packed,fast shipping ,was sent from Germany. The transmission is working great after installation. Great price compare to similar parts on ebay. Would buy again from this company. Thanks.
