Engeika, a fountainpen dealer, has provided me with unforgettably generous service and understanding . When the actual pen arrived (which was very fast may i add) it came in gentle packaging exactly as described. Of which, was of a splendid value. But it turned out, besides the flawlessly priced product, it’s nib was broken. A refund was given quickly+ with a future discount on my next purchase. Thank you Engeika.
