  Item arrived fast but was missing one track rod. I feel due to the postage company evri the parcel was battered and tapped up. I did message seller they got another track rod out to me within two days which is very good of them but this mistake wasn't there fault just wanted to highlight there customer service is top notch. Thanks

  My item when delivered was with damaged box fittings were missing emailed them top notch replyed same day explained sent pics straight away offered part refund or replacement fittings replacement fittings arrived couple day's later top people many thanks for all your help recommending value for money A1 👍👍👍

  Sent out the wrong part I was getting charged hourly rate by the workshop they replied late. I ended up paying double. I asked them to reimburse me something. And they told me basically under our terms and conditions we cannot. Reimburse anything. I will never buy anything from this company again there are plenty of other companies on eBay which sell the exact same part at a cheaper price and it’s the same brand. Do your homework before purchasing anything from this company.

  As dsecribed. There was a problem with the courier,Evri. I want to make it clear it wasn't the sellers fault. They issued a replacement with no quibbles and sent it to an alternative address which was received on time. Seller communication was outstanding, seller attitude and helpfulness excellent. I would use again without hesistation.

  Ordered accidentally before applying the company £5 discount voucher offer so I cancelled the order. Excellent customer service and communication. Refund back in my bank within 2 days new calipers delivered within 2 days. Thank you guys...will definitely use your services again and recommend to others

  Product great and good value. Seller quick to respond to questions. Delivery was with Evri who are a disgrace and delivered parcel the following day after saying they had delivered it the day before. Not sure why anyone uses Evri. So the seller and product were great, the delivery company were not.
