    The Switch came as described - new, in box, and the recipient was very happy with how everything looked, and how much money they saved by buying from this seller. The Switch we got is the same quality one would expect from buying in a store. The screen protector that came with it was both damaged, and the wrong size, and when I contacted the seller, they responded back quickly, and sent out a replacement screen protector right away. It came well protected. Would definitely buy from again

    I was excited to order a new red Nintendo Switch OLED Mario console, but sadly, it wasn't shipped in a cardboard box, and the top corners of the box arrived crushed, like the box had been dropped! I was concerned that the internal components might have been damaged, so I sent it back. The company was nice enough to give me a full refund. For this reason, I decided to leave positive feedback. I ended up purchasing a new black and white Switch OLED console locally, and I love it.

    Great Seller. Fast Shipping, Great Communication. Due to a typo in the listing, the product I received was not the one I thought I was purchasing. When advised of the problem, the seller was apologetic and very rapidly issued a return label and and credited my account almost before they could have opened the return package. Great seller I would do business with again. Thanks!
