  Quality: Great Quality. As ordered. Condition: new and well packed. Value: great price. Appearance: as pictured, but will like to request the first color (dark green) to be a bit more dark.   Packaging is not useful to the item. Arrived bent. Should have been mailed in a cardboard mailer since it is a cardboard item meant to be flat for use and larger than a standard mailbox. Usps jammed it in the mailbox to make it fit and bent multiple sides.

  Terrible customer service. The hat was fine, but they sent the wrong year for the tassel. I reached out to the seller for support. After an initial response from the seller promising to send a replacement, they did not follow through. My inquiry about a tracking number for the replacement went unanswered. With graduation less than a week away, I am left scrambling for another option.
