  The plaques arrived in time but without the assembly hooks. After the seller tried to resolve the situation without success they then refunded the full amount and said not to send the plaques back. Well done seller, my faith is restored.

  Item was as described and shown. Unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong street by Royal Mail but I eventually did get it, albeit 10 days late. 100% Royal Mail's fault and not the seller.

  The seller was unable to supply the item listed and sent me an alternative I could not use. They then offered me a discount of 50%, but I didn't accept, so they gave me a full refund. I find this happens a lot on Ebay, it's tiring, but at least I got my refund quickly.
