  I was sent the completely wrong item, when I attempted to contact the seller they were unwilling to help, claiming it wasn’t their fault and that eBay switched from what I ordered. She was unwilling to help. The quality of the item I got was also not what I get from Kate Spade ever. There was a foreign tag I’ve never seen on any Kate spade item, from the regular store or outlet. Seller claimed to have a receipt from outlet, but that doesn’t help that this was never the correct item to begin with
