  Seller sent item that was described as a complete series, but item was missing two DVD discs. I sent multiple messages contacting the seller, asking if they could mail me the 2 missing DVD discs or provide a refund. The seller ignored my communications to try and resolve the issue of 2 missing DVD discs. Seller falsely described their item as complete DVD series, when the item was missing 2 discs.
