  This is the second machine I’ve received from this company. The first one remained stuck in max mode, but I was able to return it after reaching out. I was excited when the replacement arrived and opened it right away, only to find it wasn’t properly ready for use. I contacted the seller again, and they kindly issued a refund and advised me to keep the machine as a courtesy for the inconvenience.   La caja llegó muy rota el contacto con el vendedor muy bueno la tineco bota más agua de lo que limpia no se porque se ve bien aun estoy mirando videos a ver todas las pie,as se ven nuevas yo tengo una one 3 pero deje de usarla xq se salia el agua x eso compre esta más adelante dejare otra reseña si logro q funcione bien
