    Quality and condition of the items were excellent. Very like the originals sold by Vileda. Great value for money. Received them today and haven’t used as yet, but plan to! Communication with seller was very good, keeping me informed of when to expect the item. Arrived in the time scale they stated which was 20 - 25 days.

    I ordered a Spotfinder card and it was delivered in perfect condition before the delivery date. Unfortunately the card developed a problem that the sound wouldn’t work when trying to locate the card in my wallet. The card still works. I contacted customer service who dealt with this problem promptly and sent me a refund. On rare occasions we sometimes have a problem with purchases. It’s good to know there are still businesses who look after their customers. I will gladly use Emilynau again
