    The vase was exactly as described, arrived within 3 days and the packaging was excellent for a glass item. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the seller, or purchase again.

    Not a great experience. 8 day delay by Evri after tracking said parcel had reached the delivery depot, with no further tracking updates or explanation during that time. Not seller’s fault, though they only messaged me once to say they would look into it after I contacted them, and no communication or updates after that. When plate arrived was in perfect condition, plenty of packaging. Had looked at feedback for this seller, my experience was unusual, and wouldn’t put me off buying from again
