  Item came quickly. Upon arrival I noticed an accessory was missing in the package. I reached out to seller and they immediately replied. Upon realizing they didn’t have the accessory they began working with me to resolve the situation to my satisfaction. Seller definitely made the situation right by me as the customer. Excellent communication as well throughout the whole process. Would definitely purchase from this seller again and probably will soon! Thank you for taking care of me!

A little slow to respond when I had trouble with UPS, but that is NOT the seller's fault. UPS wouldn't help without the seller's phone number. A lady from the next town over brought my package to me, UPS delivered to the wrong town. My address was correct.

  My local shippers mixed up tracking numbers and packages which was later resolved. I must say package was in perfect order and was exactly as required. Sellers were courteous and responded even to my rantings. As an international purchaser, customer service and feedback is very important for followup to rectify issues. Thanks again.
