  We queried lost parcel courier had hidden it under the wheelie bin but had not left notification, when moved for bin men we found it. Having chosen a reliable courier who messed up the delivery, not helping their supplier to get his products out to his customers. Felt sorry for him trying his best, couriers seem so slapdash these days. Good product and well packed, good comms recommended seller

  I combined pee stop spray with this deodoriser to stop one of my old cats using the carpet , great value and as always it really works. no more accidents, she is using the tray again. i have bought a few things from Embracing Nature now, always excellent service and fantastic communication from Adam. well packaged, arrived in perfect condition and quick delivery. thank you.

  Excellent service received from the seller.Great communication, ordered on the 11th and arrived on the 15th. Very well packaged.Lovely quality sponges received, along with care instructions for prolonging the life of my sponges, and a bit about them.A real nice touch, i have been purchasing sea sponges for many years which i usually purchase when on holiday in Greece. Unfortunately i have not been able to visit for a few years now.Hence my purchase from Embracing Nature Shop. Highly recommend.

  The seller is very considerate, responsive, great communication and super aftersales support was excellent. I did not see my order and it was tracked as delivered. The seller responded to me promptly and dispatched another one, offered me to keep the one in transit as a gift.
